Hosted by Gautami! Where do you keep any books borrowed
from friends or the library? Do they live with your own collection, or
do you keep them separate? Do you monitor them in anyway.
I keep the borrowed books separately, too. I have a different shelf purely so I don't lose them among my own books (and borrowed DVD's). Because I hate to admit it, but if I don't do that they can be very hard to find...I'm still searching for a book I bought for my brother-in-law for Christmas. This one I intentionally hid, since it was a Christmas present. Stupid idea. The less said about that the better. I am sure I have a book gremlin in my house. I mean, c'mon, how hidden can it be? I've turned the whole house upside down, and still cannot find hide or hair of it. Not that it's made from either hide or hair.

Yes, cos else they would be lost. I even have different places for books from different libraries ;)
ReplyDeleteI keep my library books on the end table next to the couch, within easy reach. Otherwise I'd forget about them and have huge library fines!
