Calder Finnegan's dad (Da) asked him to come home for a month before football training began to help run the pub for him while he went on a long dreamed of trip back to Ireland. Fin was not really looking forward to it, but felt a need to try and help his Da. He was not expecting to find the most gorgeous stud he had ever seen working the bar.

Dominic 'Mick' Sullivan had made the pub come alive from his entertaining bottle tricks to his wonderful Irish ballads to the dimples in his cheeks the customers were drawn to the pub and it was busier than Fin ever remembered it. He was also drawn to Mick from the moment he laid eyes on him. He had not ever been in a serious relationship and had refrained from one-night-stands since college, knowing it would ruin his professional football carrier. But what would a month in Mick's company do to that resolve.

This is a wonderful love story. Not only between Mick and Fin but a story of deep healing love between Fin and his father. Their estrangement was finally mended in part by Mick's interference. He also loved Fin's Da and it seems right that the love of the two men should strengthen the other relationship as well. A real tear jerker filled, with passion, romance, abiding trust, and forgiveness. Extremely touching.
