Drew Kensington's challenge immediately brought to mind the one man Ryan Kennedy had fallen in love with fourteen years ago and couldn't deny he still loved- Professor Tom Shafer. A chance invitation to an alumni dinner gives him a chance to see if what he feels is fact or fiction.
Tom had almost crossed a boundary with Ryan when he had been his student, but Ryan was no longer a student and both of them seemed to still have feelings for each other; only someone is determined to destroy any chance they might have to pursue this new opportunity.
I think I'm going to like this new series. Ms Thompson doesn't make this a quick fix for the past, instead making it an intense study of men having to relearn how to truly love not only other people but themselves. The characters are strong and intelligent (for the most
part), the sex is hot and I hope the characters are re-visited in later novels so we get updates on how they are?
