It's been twenty years since Katice tael Ferdue has set foot on her home planet. One of the reasons she's here now is to compete in a swim event; the other is personal. Kidnapping Katice as a tool of leverage for his world council is only part of the plan Jaron Therulian has for her. The warrior from Annaka has known since seeing her that she is nel'shu-eternal bond. She is his life mate and no one and nothing will keep them apart once he has claimed her. It's getting her to believe and accept that's going to be the "fun" part.

An intriguing what if theory. I wonder if in the great galaxies that abound the many species we haven't come into contact with would experience the "human-type" emotions of our many books? I know that in our works of fiction this is to make for the extremely sensual, pleasurable reads such as Ms. Gail has given us, but this also makes me think about the many beings that might be out there. Besides giving us wildly romantic men who strive to create intensely erotic sexual experiences, she has created worlds where intrigue, travel, science, and so much more are given room to "roam" as it were. An entirely appealing read for me.
