Although she's always been able to read auras and heal, Skylar Halifax is totally and completely unprepared for the changes in her life when the gorgeous God-in-a-Body starts her on a life ride that's frighteningly new and yet somehow completely familiar. Who is Duse and why does it seem as if not only her body, but her heart is welcoming him home?

Although Duse Ammadon has waited over four hundred years for Skylar's incarnation, there is no time to linger and lovingly take her through the explanations of how they know one another. There's a rogue Watcher out to possibly hurt, maybe even destroy her, as he did another mated wife. So, Duse was just going to have to set the protection spell into place and hope she'd calm down enough to listen to the explanation.

I want to see pictures of these guys. I have these lovely visuals of tall, gorgeous men so stuck on their mate that they don't even hear other women. I found all the elements of a splendid read amongst these pages. There was the almost child-like devotion of the men for the treasured female, jealousy, betrayal, selfishness, hate, anger, secrets, and above all, power. But I have to admit that the sexual situations were some of the most erotic I've read in quite some time so you might want to keep not only a fan, but also a bowl of ice to wet that dry mouth you'll get from panting.
