Far away on Carrillia under the triad moons Jaynee Mikalosa looked through the Book of Shadows trying to find a spell to bring lovers to the members of her coven. It was the night of the full moon when all three of the Carrillian moons would be aligned. Even though not fully prepared and a little tipsy from the ceremonial wine she spoke the words of her heart into a spell to bring her a lover.
Dare Raden was the leader and ruler of Savar, he was supposed to be meeting leaders of the other planets to stop a war, instead he was standing in a woman's bedroom.
Lucan Maedoc was just outside the supposed meeting place to spy on Dare and find out for his superiors on Pantair if the Savar were there to start a war or stop one. Then he found himself transported to a bookshop. He heard voice upstairs and went to investigate. What he found was Dare and a woman.
Summoned by her will and the magic of the goddess the three would join to become the first Triad. Together with the others to come they might keep the peace among their worlds.
Passionate and intense in the sexual encounters there is not as much emotion as I would like. The story is not very in-depth in describing the plot, the variations or problems on the planets, or much background of the characters. But, as the first in a series it will be interesting to see the plot unfold as more Triads form. It is a nice easy read and I look forward to the next edition.
