This was one last effort to ditch the dreams that had been plaguing her for the last two years.

She was his dream. He had know every perfect feature since he was twelve, and had fantasise of her. As a Native American he had been gifted with a strong talent in Dream Walking and had seen her. His ancestors always believed if you saw the perfect lover in your dreams in this lifetime you would not find her in reality until another lifetime, but here she was.

In the last twenty-four months she had saved his life just by being there. He was being held, shuffled actually between two terrorist organizations and tortured constantly. Escaping into the dreams with her had kept him sane and alive till he was rescued. Here she was and he only had one night because of the air-tight contract he had made with her.

This is a wonderful story of Dominate/submissive that really works. It is the core of what they are to each other, but it is only a part of what they can be. There are stronger ties that reach to each of their souls if only she will admit it and make the effort to go beyond the contract. Gray is unwilling to leave things to chance and also unwilling to violate the contract he signed. The story is compelling and requires the reader to hang on to hope that love will win out in the end.
