The Dalakis family story continues, even after all three brothers have found their life mates. Trouble was brewing for the Dalakis.

Sam Cassidy for officer with the New Orleans police was now in charge of security for the Dalakis family. Lucian and Delight, Stefan and Laurel Rose were in good hands. Not only could they take care of themselves but Cassidy was their watchdog. He took care of things during the day while they slept, but an evil was brewing in New Orleans and it would affect them all.

Chase Deveraux, Delight's brother was home from college for the summer. It should have been a delightful time to reunite with family and meet Laurel Rose finally. It certainly started out that way.

Zane York was nosing around again as well. Over three years ago he had been very suspicious of Lucian and Stefan, even going so far as to hint that they might be suspects in the death of a local crime lord. He had tried to forget his suspicions but he needed to know. If they were what he feared he would have to kill them.

Sophia Daring was a freelance reporter who received a tip about a murder. The tip was actually more. She was told to meet an informant and when she got to the cemetery in the middle of the night what she found in the beam of her flashlight was a dead body. After the shock and calling the police she looked around for information for her story. What she found, and removed from the scene, was a piece of paper under the shoe of the victim with two words, "Dalakis. Revenge."

This all works together for double the trouble. Evil, framed for murder, nosey cops and reporters. Will they be able to keep their secrets safe along with their women, and the mortals they call family? Who will fall in love? It is a steamy summer in New Orleans where mystery and drama battle for space in the pages of this intense romance novel.
