One minute she's shopping, the next Dari is waking up in prison. That doesn't bother her near as much as finding her mate in said prison, but even worse is that he's a bit more overbearing than she's used to dealing with. Still, she burns with the desire to plunder his body in as many ways as possible.
Rygar never expected to find his mate in a prison of all places, but once discovered,he knew nothing was going to come between them if he could help it; not even Dari herself. But trouble has a tendency to follow even after they made their escape and returned to Rygar's home. Now Dari is in danger and he must be doubly watchful.
I liked the fact that this one was interesting from the get-go (don't ask-it's a southern thing). There's nothing like watching the love, frustration, uncertainty, need, desire and growth in a relationship that is going to happen whether the parties involved want that relationship or not. This one made me smile, made me laugh, made me think, but mostly the sexual play in it made me sweat and that made me want more story. The only complaint I have with this is that if the author is planning another book behind this one, there wasn't an easy segue point left to open it with, but then that's just my opinion. This is still a really fun read that's great to curl up with.
