Even though "Web" and "log" tied the knot in '97 (at that time Google hadn't even started to Boogie), they didn't begin to raise their family of Blogs until the early 2000s. Until recently, most publishers were still rolling off hard copy books from metal plates (sound archaic?). The traditional book industry was determined to stamp out the Digital Revolution of print on demand hard copy books, self-and co-publishing... and now, ebooks in multiple formats that can even be read on cell phones.
