Jess was a project manger for a construction company. She worked in a man's world and had to prove herself again and again by being tougher, stronger, working harder, longer, what ever it took. Even denying her attraction for her boss Ryan Cress.

It is a powerful look at how much the depths of her internal desire to be moulded influences her life.
