In Man With A Womb, she explains how she hid her homosexuality during her elementary and high school years by appearing to be promiscuous to male classmates. She also gives details of her brief heterosexual marriage; becoming a mother, coming out and discovering that she was a "butch lesbian"; a 4-year domestic partnership full of infidelity and betrayal, and finally, the numerous women that she would date in Chapters 10 and 11, "The Briefcase Files I and II".

L.A. JohnTre wrote Man With A Womb to educate the heterosexual community on the challenges and similarities of living life as a dominant lesbian. Heterosexual men can actually relate to the dating experiences in this book! A male reviewer states,
