It sure is a shame when a guy who looks like a God seems to be a few bricks shy of a load. At least it seems that way when Desiree finally gets a chance to talk to Set and he starts talking about Egyptian Gods and mates and crazy stuff like that.

Set has always known he'd have a mate,he's just not ready for one now. At least not until the feisty female who seems not to want to be his mate and tries to run from him after giving him a knee to the groin at every opportunity. What's wrong with him that she's always trying to get away?

This is one of those "don't want it till they can't have it" tales that has humor, wit and a surprising insight into basic human nature. A strong female, an irritating male, hot sex and of course a God to "mix it up" so it stays interesting. It's a fun read.
