Kasee Adair wanted a new start after her divorce. She buys a house outside the small town of Coyote Bluff Arizona to begin her new life as a mystery writer. She definitely gets something different than her life in Virginia, but her new start is not without some fear and surprise. Not looking for a relationship the feelings she finds she has for the local sheriff surprise her.

The story line is fine. The content seems a little light for an erotic romance. There is only one bedroom scene and it is a little light on the erotica. The story is simple and could use a lot more interaction between characters especially during such a tense situation as an invasion from another planet. All in all not too bad for such a short story.


About the Author:

Sapphire Phelan has always loved making up stories since she was a child. She started to submit her writing at age 17, getting some poems published, and even done acting in plays and films over the years.

She has published not only under this pseudonym, but her own name, Pamela K. Kinney, for horror/science fiction/fantasy and has a nonfiction book, Haunted Richmond, Virginia coming out Fall 2007.

Her first romance published was a historical one, followed closely a year later by her first erotic one, a fantasy.
