300.Alternative AGENT NEWS: Tim Holman ~ Three-book deal for World rights!

John Jarrold has concluded a three-book deal for World rights with Tim Holman, Publishing Director of Orbit, the SF and Fantasy imprint of the Little, Brown Book Group. The author is new UK science fiction novelist Philip Palmer. His first novel, DEBATABLE SPACE, mixes epic space opera with character-led storylines and witty, outstanding writing.

Philip Palmer's first sweeping SF novel, DEBATABLE SPACE, features Lena, a relation of the despotic Human emperor - the Cheo - who is kidnapped by Flanagan, a space pirate. But both of these characters are far more than they initially appear to be and as the book unfolds a subtle history of the future of humanity appears, in a focused, witty and inventively-thrilling novel that is both epic and character led.

Definitely one to watch out for if you're a Science Fiction Fan. My favourite reads are character led stories!
