The end was near. Only a quarter mile to go, Bethany Henderson pumped her arms hoping for a burst of speed. Her pony-tail bounced against the nape of her neck as she ran along the footpath. The ear-buds poured an electrifying dance beat straight into her soul. She thought she heard someone shout "incoming" over heavy dunst-dunst-dunst beat. Turning, she saw a bright blue Frisbee zooming straight at her nose.
