I go there everyday just for the fun captions and giggles. And enjoying that site made me figure out this month's contest! I know I'm looking forward to it.

In honor of the LOLCats site, this month is all about creativity. While some say a picture is worth a thousand words, one with a great caption can be worth a hell of a lot of laughs. And since I love laughing, let's get started.
This contest will have two parts to it.
1) Use a picture, found either on the web or a personal one you have yourself. Add a humorous caption like the one in the picture above. The funnier the better. Please make sure you use your own creative idea. No cheating and using something you found on the web. <smile> Put the caption ON the picture itself.
And since June 13th is my birthday, if you do a picture celebrating that, you will be entered twice!!! You can do as many pictures as you want. As far as I'm concerned, the more photos...the more fun!!! And if you have a caption and don't have the ability to add text to your picture, send it on to me and I'll do it for you. (Please send only if you really have to.) Then I'll send it back to you and you can complete your entry for the contest.
2) Join my CJ Dreams Chatlist (http://groups.yahoo.com/group/CJsaysFollowYourDreams/group) if you haven't already and post your picture for all my readers to enjoy. Please put "June Caption Contest" in the subject line so I know to count you as an entry. If for some reason it doesn't come through on the list, send it to me and I'll post it for you. The winner will be drawn on June 30th and announced on my website on July 1st. The winning entry will be chosen by a panel of readers and will be highlighted on my group site, website and blogs all through July.
And what will you win, you ask???
The winner of this humorous contest will receive a free download of my
funniest book. (see website for details) And just to sweeten the pot I'll
add a nice selection of delicious smelling Bath Goodies to help you feel
nice and fresh during these hot days of summer.
I hope everyone gets into this. I will even do a few of my own because I
love it so much. You can use any photo of an animal or human, but it MUST
have a caption that you would consider humorous.
