Dragana was supposed to be dead, her twin brother Ivan did die in her arms. When the torture she endured at the hands of mad men left her free to join her brother they pulled her back from death and resuscitated her somehow. Now she was barely alive and thrust into
Christoval cell because they wanted her impregnated.
Instead they escaped and began a run for their lives and an desire, no a craving for revenge. During their tumulus time together they became not only intimate but bound by an entire new emotion, that of love. Now was certainly not the time to evaluate those emotions, as survival
was paramount and revenge the new way of life. But if they lived after the revenge was complete maybe they could hope for a future.
This is wonderfully written and keeps the reader in suspense as they fight for survival and it is highlighted by the love, lust and the genuine affection they feel for each other. They are each turned on by the others power and calm take charge fighting skills. Their respect for one another grows moment by moment as they compliment one another's abilities under fire. They certainly make a perfect partnership in and out of the sheets.
