We need the following positions filled

The following positions are internet based. These positions are ideal for those who want to or need to work from home using their own computers, internet connections and the software programs needed for each position.

These jobs are all contracted and would be claimed as self-employment. They are not as of yet in anyway meant to replace an income. These positions provide experience, a chance to understand the publishing market and may one-day open doors for those seeking to enter the world of publishing. These are entry-level positions and although we are willing to open the doors to those with no experience, proof of qualifications for the job applied for is a must.

All applicants are to send a cover letter explaining why they are qualified for the position and add an attached resume clearly stating qualifications, education and previous related employment.

Editors

We are in the market for several new Editors. Job position requires that you have all the necessary software with knowledge of using mark ups and a proofing galley. Forward resume with qualifications, education and previous employment.

This is a contract position and will be negotiated based on % of royalties on Net book sales of the books edited by you. All editors receive acknowledgments of their editing inside each work.

Copyeditors

Do you love to read? Are you a grammar geek? Ever long to fix the flow of someone else's prose with the proper placement of a comma? We might have just the job for you. An epublisher is seeking copyedits to proofread manuscripts for all genres of popular fiction. Job duties include checking the text for continuity, logic, grammar, punctuation, and spelling, and marking changes using Word's track change feature.

Position requirements:

· A thorough knowledge of grammar, spelling, and punctuation

· Attention to detail and deadlines

· Must have Microsoft Word and a working knowledge of track
changes or the willingness to learn

· Proofreading experience a plus
