The concept of how far one will go in the name of love was threaded throughout this story, and I must say the thought of recombinant DNA which would allow any human the chance to change is most intriguing. There are some fantastic sex scenes, but that wouldn't be as interesting as the chance to be rid of disease. Would I take that chance? You betcha! I'm a night person anyway.
