Adrian Dane needed to open his new night club on Halloween with a band. He was sure he would find the women of his dreams there. As a vampire the club would be opened with a vampire ball on that special night of the year and he love his life mate would come. He was sure of it.

Larissa Hardy owned a promotions company just down the street and was known to be fast and efficient and he decided to have her do whatever advertising was needed to make this the event of the year. She met Adrian and immediately lost her mind. He was perfection and the challenge in his eyes gave her a thrill. She wanted a man to take charge so when she met him that night at the club to determine the plan for the promotion she did everything she could to bait the tiger. Would he fight for her, would he take her, make her his?

A great little story of a quick romance that could last forever if only she can accept him and take a bite. It was an interesting conversion without the normal trauma of most vampire stories, but in this context it was perfect. It is amazing how love just jumps out and bites you.
