Rarities Incorporated is a research and location company for rare artefacts, Aphrodite's Girdle being one of them. The company is made up of "all kinds of supernatural races" including the Zuri Majis warriors who owned the company.

Laila Brooks was an information specialist for Rarities Incorporated. She received a deck of Tarot cards from her friend as a birthday present. They were a wonderfully decorated set and the cards seemed to actually look at her. The current King of Cup was on the top of the deck and as she left them out he came out of the card and became real. When she returned to the room she could not believe her eyes.

Aleneic was the current King of Cups and had been trapped in the card for two thousand, three hundred and ninety-four years. The curse stated he must have the help of the one who released him to find the "Drac Torat" the Golden Tarot that held the power to break the curse. He would only be out for seven, eight or nine days then he would return to the card for another seven hundred and ninety-eight years if the Golden Tarot was not found.

In the search with limited time it is amazing what two people can do. However, they were constrained by several factors in the beginning and things did not really heat up until he demonstrated how wonderfully warm he could keep her in the snow covered Alps. As the magic unfolds and the secrets are unveiled revelations ignite the imagination.
