Lauren and Evan had been engaged for a while and were attend her father's Halloween party. Lauren went as an angel in a very skimpy outfit and Evan was fuming. He was in a suit and would only agree to small red devil horns. Not only was her father the CEO of the company there, but so was Evan's boss.

Lauren was sure that Evan was marrying her because she was the boss' daughter not because she was anything special in herself. She was a size eighteen for goodness sake and felt her dress was all wrong, but her friends had talked her into it and now she was stuck.

Evan was livid not because of her weight, but because the dress showed off more of her than he want anyone else to see. She was hot and he was possessive.

This is a wonderful brief interlude in the lives of a couple still trying to find themselves in their relationship. Try as the might, neither one feels that they deserve the other and those insecurities cause them to act in a manner that is not entirely real. Will they find themselves dress as angel and devil or would Halloween show how different they were?
