Angel is trying to get his life back together finally. After a racing accident leaves him blind and his wife and friends leave him he realizes what a jerk he was. Now he wants to be a better man and who does he want to help him but his phone-sex girl. He turned to her a few months ago just for some relief and company, now he wants to meet her and take her (sight unseen) to a charity ball.

Short and sweet it sounds like a fairy tale, even a charity ball. But it tells the story that what is in a person is so much more important that what is visible. To get to know someone you sometimes have to look past the obvious. It is well written and wonderfully funny in parts, dramatic in parts, and sexy in parts, just what every story needs.

About the Author:

Samantha Winston is the pen name for sci-fi writer Jennifer Macaire. She lives in France with her husband, children, and two dogs. She grew up in upstate New York, Samoa, and the Virgin Islands. She graduated and moved to NYC where she modeled for five years for Elite. She went to France and met her husband at the polo club. All that is true. But she mostly likes to make up stories.
