Mandi’s best friend Amber is getting married and she has come to help with the last details and parties before the wedding. What Mandi doesn’t know yet is that Amber is now a vampire and she is marring a vampire. The groom’s cousin, Brad has just been made a vampire after a deadly gunshot wound to the neck, in a drug raid. As soon he lays eyes on Mandi thing heat up for Brad, who has been having a hard time the last six weeks as a vampire. They seem meant for each other physically, finding more passion than either one expected. The real test will be what happens when she finds out what he is.

Hot and steamy. Lots of erotic moments with explosive passion. Emotions are well written and the story line is quaint as well as fun, with these new vampires trying to find their way and really only wanting to blend in. They only offer to turn someone in a life or death situation. Happily after is assured.

  1. Jeff Jarvis' Buzz Machine post, (Terre) Haute Culture, compares the quality of book reviews on NY Times with what is found in book blogs and is unimpressed with the Times. In addition, he's annoyed by The Times' sniffing at blogs, "I’d say a paper would do well to link to the best of them." I'd say, they should link to you.
