This book is different from the other six in the series. Instead of being introduced to the lives of two new characters this book focuses on Tori from the first book. We already know about her and Declan and now we follow more of their story. All of the characters we know and love are involved as well. Eli and Sarel are still presiding over the enclave and keeping watch over all of their friends and loved ones, and helping to rescue humans from evil. Malachi is also called in to help with the problems as they turn to hunting one of their own. Leandra even makes an appearance, meddling where Malachi doesn't want her involved.

Dreams and mysticism abound in this passionate love story and it is a truly griping story. I can't really say more, but you surely won't want to miss it.
