Some people still do not consider science fiction as a proper genre to take seriously enough when it comes to certain 'awards'.SassyBrithttp://tjbook-list.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13546215.post-80076374850259844002012-01-04T19:45:30.789+00:002012-01-04T19:45:30.789+00:00I've not read it, but will have to now it'...I've not read it, but will have to now it's been recommended :) Thank you! Yes.), but I have always remembered those who treated him as an upstart Russian immigrant who was also a hack. Both Asimov and Stephen King wore that title--HACK!--for many years. Look at their accomplishments. Try to find any historical mention of those stupid, pompous twits who proclaimed such things in the first place.

If you think my last statement is too harsh, too vulgar, then go to the following URL and scroll down the never ending page that lists Isaac Asimov's writing credits. His body of work is mind-staggering; his diversity is impressive and his stories are such pleasant memories. http://www.asimovonline.com/oldsite/asimov_catalogue.htmlClayton Byenoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13546215.post-52845703493052747172012-01-03T00:25:07.266+00:002012-01-03T00:25:07.266+00:00I think my favorite is "Violence is the last ...I think my favorite is "Violence is the last refuge of the incompetent."J Janusnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13546215.post-58952171963766262302012-01-02T12:39:55.446+00:002012-01-02T12:39:55.446+00:00I have never ever read a book by him :/ Though I h...I have never ever read a book by him :/ Though I have seen that movie ;)Blodeueddhttp://books-forlife.blogspot.comnoreply@blogger.com
