I actually would not have changed anything anyway.

These are the first stories in a series that gets darker as it continues. Mandrake is the ultimate enemy and is, or will be, the equal, or even superior to the Knights of the White Tower.

Kepp an eye on this space.

All the best,

Mark PatrickAnonymousnoreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13546215.post-75791225343480018422010-01-28T14:24:01.763+00:002010-01-28T14:24:01.763+00:00I would like to address Blodeuedd' comment.
...I would like to address Blodeuedd' comment.

There are conflicts in the book. A number of them, actually. And the novel is an enjoyable read.

The problem I was trying to explain is that the protagonists are so powerful that when they did meet resistance or fought in a battle, I, as a reader, never believed they were in any danger.

In many types of literature, strong protagonists need equally or even more powerful antagonists. These conflicts (whether or not recognized by the reader) are often what keep us involved. Think of Sherlock Holmes' professor Moriarty.Clayton Byehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/04627596553768048798noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-13546215.post-63440692009853025402010-01-28T07:07:58.976+00:002010-01-28T07:07:58.976+00:00Thanks Clayton,
